Responsible for supervising twenty-five brokers and their real estate transactions, reviewing all transaction files, facilitating and negotiating broker/client issues, providing risk management oversight, schedule and conduct continuing education seminars for brokers. In addition, I provide real estate services for my past clients and referrals; specializing in vintage, multiple units and condominiums on the eastside. I have extensive experience facilitating and negotiating repairs for distressed properties, creative finance and financial analysis. Provide Portland area services for this animal welfare group including pre-adoption home visit assessments, representing Best Friends at Oregon Events, leading other Best Friends volunteers in Oregon endeavors . Annual Sanctuary (Kanab, Utah) visits volunteering at dog and cat centers. 2002 to 2010.
